With a strong work ethic and the ability to navigate complex situations, Kelly has proven her commitment to her clients' success by closing several transactions with both local and out-of-state investors.
Kelly is a Chicagoland native who started in real estate seven years ago. She previously worked with Coldwell Banker, specializing in luxury properties, rentals, and negotiations. Kelly was inspired to start in real estate to help people build wealth, particularly in communities of color. As a woman of color, Kelly is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in real estate and across Chicagoland.
Historically, African Americans and Latinx brokers are underrepresented in commercial real estate. A 2017 report from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) found that just three percent of NAR members working in commercial real estate are black. These statistics spotlight a significant area of opportunity in real estate, and Kelly is committed to helping close this gap.
