Chicago’s South Loop, a colorful 74-square-block neighborhood that is home to iconic Chicago museums, lakefront parks and popular South Loop event venues, including gourmet restaurants and luxury hotels. South Loop venues are within close proximity to downtown Chicago and features fantastic public transportation options, including access to all four Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) rail lines. The neighborhood is located only eight miles from Midway International Airport and 20 miles from O’Hare International Airport.

The Loop, along with the rest of downtown Chicago, is the second largest commercial business district in the United States, after New York City’s Midtown Manhattan. The Dearborn Station is the oldest train station still standing in Chicago, which is currently retail and office space. Former warehouses and factory lofts have now been converted to residential – multifamily apartments and condo buildings. Meanwhile, land vacancies have experienced new townhomes and high-rises developments. South Loop appears to be a magnificent treasure hunt full of views of Lake Michigan. Between the ShowPlace ICON theater to the Alder Planetarium. There are miles upon miles of family fun and five-star dining restaurants. Cafe Bionda, located on 19h Street and State Street, is an amazing five star family owned resurgent that serves authentic Italian cuisine. Not far from it is a steakhouse, The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant. The New Wintrust Arena, located in the South Loop, home of the Depaul Blue Demons and Chicago Sky WNBA-team and host many concerts. Also located in the South Loop are many hotels.
