Jason York is an integral part of Multifamily Investment Advisors at KW Commercial. Mr. York focuses exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Chicago, IL. As a resource to the Chicagoland Multifamily Investment Advisors team, Jason’s integrity, credibility, and client-centric approach allow him to focus on creating long-term relationships with affordable housing, developer and market rate multifamily clients. Jason’s promise to clients is to fully understand their unique situation and help them make the best and most informed decisions for their real estate strategy. Jason’s background in sales and operations is where he learned how to work on teams effectively, manage projects, timelines, communicate clearly, and listen. These traits allow him to increase his ability to focus on client's needs and provide an experience that creates repeat business and referrals. Majoring in Sport Management with a concentration in Sports Administration & Leadership and a minor in Business Administration, Jason is a graduate of Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. He likes trying new restaurants, working out, reading, hanging out with family, friends, and traveling.
